DESCRIPTION:
CELLI Q-TEN GOLD is a specially formulated tablet containing Coenzyme Q10, L-Carnitine, Lycopene, L- Arginine, Selenium, zinc & Folic acid. It is designed for use in deficiency states and medical conditions including:

Coenzyme Q10 levels decline with age, contributing to various age-related conditions. Supplementation may support cellular health and energy production.
INDICATIONS:
CELLI Q-TEN GOLD is recommended as adjuvant therapy for:
- Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus
- Chronic Heart Failure (Cardiomyopathy, Congestive Heart Failure, etc.)
- Statin-associated myalgia or myopathy
- Hypertension
MECHANISM OF ACTION:
In Diabetes Mellitus (Type 2):
Coenzyme Q10 supports cellular energy metabolism, membrane function, and provides antioxidant protection.
L-Carnitine assists in lipid and glucose metabolism and energy regulation.
Studies show Coenzyme Q10 at 75 mg BID along with oral antidiabetics significantly reduces FBG and HbA1c after 8 weeks.
In Statin-Associated Myopathy:
- Statins reduce Coenzyme Q10 levels, contributing to muscle symptoms.
- Supplementing with Coenzyme Q10 (300 mg/day) improves antioxidant enzyme activity and reduces inflammation.
- It does not interfere with cholesterol-lowering, while reducing statin-induced side effects.
