It is particularly effective in treating symptoms such as blockage, chest congestion, and irritation in chronic and acute pulmonary disorders.

Mechanism of Action:
- Acebrophylline combines the benefits of bronchodilation, mucoregulation, and anti-inflammatory action. It contains theophylline-7-acetate (a bronchodilator) and ambroxol (a mucolytic agent), making it effective in clearing airway passages and reducing inflammation.
- N-Acetylcysteine (NAC) acts as a potent mucolytic agent and antioxidant. It breaks down thick mucus by disrupting the disulfide bonds in mucoproteins via its sulfhydryl groups, thereby reducing mucus viscosity and facilitating easier expectoration.
