Description
RESPIBER AF SYRUP is a dual-action pediatric syrup formulated to provide rapid symptomatic relief from common cold and allergic rhinitis. The combination of Phenylephrine Hydrochloride, a nasal decongestant, and Chlorpheniramine Maleate, an antihistamine, helps reduce nasal swelling, relieve congestion, and control sneezing, runny nose, watery eyes, and nasal irritation, allowing children to breathe comfortably and recover faster.
