Mechanism of Action
Esomeprazole:
A selective proton pump inhibitor (PPI) that blocks the H⁺/K⁺ ATPase enzyme in gastric parietal cells, leading to effective suppression of gastric acid secretion.
Itopride Hydrochloride:
A dual-action prokinetic with anti-acetylcholinesterase and dopamine D₂ receptor antagonistic activity. It promotes coordinated gastric motility.
